2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects callers with free information and referrals for community services in Macon, DeWitt, Moultrie, Piatt & Shelby counties. 2-1-1 is staffed 24/7 by trained volunteers and staff who will listen to your situation and refer you to the most appropriate source of assistance. 2-1-1 employs a database comprised of thousands of services which include health and human services, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and much more.

COVID-19 Announcement: United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois is asking all community agencies to update 2-1-1 of any changes to programs due to the current COVID-19 situation.
