Today, we’re highlighting the powerful impact of God's Shelter of Love and their Safe Bed Nights program — made possible through your United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois investments. Serving 150 women and children, this low-barrier overnight emergency shelter provides a safe place to rest when it’s needed most. Careage House offers:

• 16 beds total — 12 individual bunks and a family room that sleeps 4

• Evening arrival and morning departure for guests

• Support for both one-night stays and extended shelter needs

Thanks to your generosity, 3,700 safe nights of shelter were provided to women and children in crisis — giving comfort, stability, and hope during incredibly difficult moments. This is the difference your support makes. Thank you for helping us care for our neighbors when they need it most.
